The Advertising Centre, brand and platform are owned by M32 Connect. Icimédias provides the service to its newspaper clients under a licensing agreement.

The client is solely responsible for the advertising material provided and is deemed to have all rights to use it. The client is also responsible for the final content of its advertising banner.

All advertising banners must be approved by Icimédias prior to publication, which reserves the right to publish or not. Icimédias cannot guarantee the space required to publish the banner at the required time; in such a case, Icimédias will advise the client.

The advertising material provided remains the property of Icimédias.

Finally, it is agreed that Icimédias assumes no liability following the publication of a banner ad by the client, such liability to be assumed entirely by the client.
